Dave Murphy Builders LLC is proud to be restoring a piece of Alpena history. We’ve been selected to replace the aging windows on City Hall, one of the community’s most iconic buildings. Originally constructed in 1908 and made of local limestone, Alpena City Hall stands as a historic symbol of civic pride and architectural strength. Over the years, it has remained a vital center for local government and community services—and now, it’s getting a well-deserved update to improve both efficiency and appearance while honoring its timeless charm.

We’re installing Windsor Windows, known for their exceptional energy performance and clean, classic style that complements the building’s original character. These high-quality windows will enhance both the function and the aesthetics of this historic structure, ensuring it remains a proud part of Alpena’s downtown landscape for generations to come.
