Dave Murphy Builders LLC is proud to have completed a custom roof improvement project at Nicolet Bank on Chisholm Street in downtown Alpena. This historic brick building, a familiar fixture in the heart of our community, was experiencing water intrusion from rain running down the façade and getting in behind the upper windows — a common issue with older masonry structures.

To preserve the integrity of the building and prevent long-term damage, our team installed a new standing seam metal roof overhang, designed to redirect water away from the face of the bricks and protect the building envelope. The sleek, modern profile of the standing seam system blends durability with aesthetics, ensuring the building remains both functional and visually striking for decades to come.
